Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

SHIPPING:

Shrume orders are generally delivered within 7-10 working days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

RETURNS:

We do not have a cancellation or return policy for any orders.

EXCHANGES:

For initiating an exchange, kindly email us at shrumeofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of product.

Exchanges are only permitted once and for the same product in a different size.

Availability is not guaranteed and if the required size is unavailable, a store credit will be provided to you. This store credit will be valid for one month from the date of issue.

Approval or rejection of exchange will be notified to you via email. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product for exchange to us and bear the shipping charges, within 3 days of receipt of approval email.

Once we receive the product, it would go through quality checks by our team for eligibility of exchange.

If eligible, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject the exchange if:

  • the products do not have all the tags; or
  • the products are in a used or damaged condition

If you have received a damaged product, kindly share images with us at shrumeofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of product and we will respond within 48 business hours, upon examination, a store credit may be issued with a validity of one month from the date of issue.
